Cheerful Movers!

I moved everything from my one bedroom apartment to a house share. I had a lot of heavy boxes of clothes, plus my desk and a microwave. I was mostly worried about my guitar getting bumped around in the back of the truck. Tip Top Moving sent a crew that used shoulder straps to carry the desk down the stairs safely. They even put extra tape on my guitar case and made sure the microwave was boxed up tight.

Royal Treatment.

The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!

Smooth Move, Great Team!

The move happened early in the morning, and I was not fully awake or organized at that time. Still, they stayed polite and did not rush me even when I was a bit slow. They kept things moving at a steady pace without making me feel pressured. By the end of it, I was comfortable with how everything was handled.

Excellent service overall!

Excellent service overall! I reached out in the afternoon to set up a move on short notice, and the next morning, the crew was there ready to get started. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and clear about the details. The movers handled the packing and loading with care and kept the process moving at a good pace. They were respectful and easy to work with. The service felt fair for what was provided, and I would call James and the team again.

Very satisfied customer. Although it was raining outside, they made sure not to bring mud in the house.

extremely helpful and pleasant

We had a complicated move where half our stuff went to a new house, and the other half went to my daughter's first college flat. It was a lot of back and forth with two different drop-off points across the city. The crew stayed organized and made sure the right boxes ended up in the right rooms at both locations. I really appreciated their patience while we double checked the labels on all the kitchen gear.

Literally the best!

The move completed by this company was a success because the guys knew how to handle my heavy drum kits and speakers. I had a lot of road cases that needed to go to my new practice space across the county. They used a ramp to get the heavy bass bins into the van and made sure nothing was sliding around. I saw them use thick moving blankets to cover the wood and finish on the drums. It was a good experience.

They were very responsive.

I can say this company was very helpful when I was helping my parents with their downsizing. The movers were extremely patient and respectful, packing years' worth of items and setting them up flawlessly in their new home. My parents settled in easily thanks to them!

Super heroes of moving.

I appreciated the fact that the movers would check the truck before they left to ensure that they hadn't missed anything. That little bit of reassurance helped us a little.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

They came with another helper, and the two of them handled the move for us. It took most of the afternoon, but they kept things moving along the whole time. I was still sorting through a few last boxes while they were working, so having the extra help really mattered that day. The work was done I could finally sit down and relax for the first time that day.
