Most Seamless Moving Process

We have used many movers in the past, generally for long distance moves. This situation called for a local move. We narrowed it down to two companies. The Move Crew visited our home to do a thorough estimate, relaying where variances could occur. Communication was great prior to the move. On move day, five packers/movers arrived on time. It was clear all five crew members were experienced. Limited direction was needed, and Mike, the crew lead, was asking clarifying questions all day to ensure all went well. They practically ran through our house all day, packing and moving things with care. All went well. This was the best move experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend the Move Crew. They were exceptional.

Team members are honest!

I was looking for a local moving company to help me move from Minneapolis to Iowa. I am so glad I chose The Move Crew. From the first connection with the office staff to the unloading of all my household goods, it was a positive and professional experience. All the folks from The Move Crew are personable and listened well to my questions and concerns. I have a lot of antiquefurniture and china plus aplenty of pottery and other art pieces that I was worried about. No need with the Move Crew as everything survived the move with no damage. Everything was loaded and unloaded with ease. The guys even tolerated me changing my mind on where I wanted things to go and got a couple thingss set back up for me, saving me time and energy. I would definitely recommend The Move Crew.
