This company had arranged a pickup for a move date this July 2025. They asked for the deposit, which was paid in full after receiving their quote. Days prior to the move, ... Read More This company had arranged a pickup for a move date this July 2025. They asked for the deposit, which was paid in full after receiving their quote. Days prior to the move, I tried calling them to verify they would be on time on said date agreed upon. No one would pickup the phone after 4 days of repeated calls, no way to leave a voicemail and emails went unanswered. I finally called the contact number that shows the owners name and number within the BBB. He hung up on me after explaining the situation to him and deposit given. I then received an email the same day stating they would not be coming, sorry for the inconvenience”…..they also stated they would refund me the amount deposited. No money refunded, lied to about everything. Do not trust this company!
