Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
My experience went safely and satisfactorily with these movers. They do their job right, hiring them again soon for the next shifting help. I would absolutely use them again!

In order to keep everything clear, the crew dismantled desks, packed monitors with care, and even organized documents. Their expertise saved us from hassle and precious time.
