My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave to me and my things. I had no trouble getting my couch, espresso table and decorations neatly packed. Everything was done properly, the labels of each box were checked and the walkways around my house were kept free so I could set up later.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. The movers stayed patient and worked through every angle until they got them out safely. Everything was wrapped neatly, and nothing was damaged in the process. It was handled really well.
The team made it simple for us to depart our ranch home. The team executed flawless packing of the truck as they carefully wrapped all pieces of wooden furniture with the precision of skilled Tetris players.
I adored working with this organization. The person who provided the information and quotation was really helpful. The moving crew was competent and has moved a lot of heavy stuff within our company. Recommended!
Highly recommend this team to anyone planning a move. I had 2 large wardrobes that I thought would be impossible to move without damage. The movers took their time figuring out the safest way to get them downstairs. They communicated clearly with each other while carrying them out. When everything was set up in my new place, the wardrobes were in perfect shape.
I had to move my two-bedroom apartment, and I was anxious about how everything would go. But these guys were so efficient! They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
Our family had a great time with the movers. They carefully packed our belongings in foam padding, thick fabric cloth, and blankets. After the delivery, they also assisted us in reassembling our beds. We are extremely appreciative!
A lovely experience from start to finish. Their movers planned and executed our commercial move perfectly. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
