My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
The crew arrived at 8 in the morning and started working immediately. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines was very careful while walking through the narrow hallways in my old building. I am happy that the total cost stayed within my budget.
These guys really helped me out with my move. They got all the boxes moved in pretty quickly and were easy to deal with the whole morning. Would definitely recommend their service.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
The movers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They handled every item with care and made sure everything was delivered safely. I truly appreciate their professionalism.
So my move was complicated because my new place has a really narrow hallway. I warned them about it when they got here. The guys just nodded, measured it, and figured out a plan on the spot. They angled my bookcase perfectly and got it through without a scratch on the wall or the furniture. I was amazed.
The choice to use Swift Shift Van Lines for the move was the right one! Both the staff and the costs were affordable. What a pleasure it was to work with them! There was no delay in the arrival of anything in MD, and they all worked like clockwork.
Communication and service from Scott & Robert were top-notch. They made two trips in a row and were always on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and nice. Great service and a strong commitment to their work.
Honestly, I was not expecting it to go this smoothly. The whole move was done faster than I thought, and the guys were very easy to deal with.
