I had to move storage boxes and old furniture from my garage to a storage unit. The movers worked steadily and stacked the unit so I can reach what I need later.
Jack and the team stayed behind few hours to help me reassemble and reinstall my electronics. I truly appreciated the extra help since I had moved alone and didn’t know who to contact in the unfamiliar place. I am beyond grateful!

William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!
They worked faster than I expected while still paying close attention to detail. From carefully stowing each item away to taking doors off their hinges as needed, their expertise shone through in every detail.
The worst moving company on this planet, and I have moved a lot, including cross continents and cross country. They give you a sale pitch with low price and how no additional fees will possibly occur and once they take your deposit, it all goes down hill. They increased price almost two fold because of changes in inventory of 10 more boxes (75 vs. 65 boxes caused price increase from $2.5k to $4.5k) in a scale of one bedroom apartment move with furniture. The person on the phone doing final inventory was rude and straight up said take $4.5 final or lose your 1k deposit, which also happened right before the move leaving me absolutely no choice but pay double. Then, they said they would provide insurance in advance (required by my building) and in the end I only saw insurance after driver showed up. Company that showed up had their own fees, that were not part of my contract with swift shift van lines, or even explicitly I was told in the contract that I wouldn't pay ("no elevator charge"), that I was forced to pay in advance otherwise they wouldn't start the move. They sent too few people and move took so long, they went over 1 hour outside of the window that my building allowed for moves (which I made company aware multiple times) and caused serious friction with management in my building. Upon arrival of my stuff across the country, additional fees were imposed that were not part of my contract (which I was forced to pay if I wanted to get my stuff back) for the total of $5.1k (vs. $2.5k quote I received when I started talking to them). Cherry on top - they made me sign inventory before they delivered and then they lost an electric scooter worth $1.3k and did absolutely nothing about it! I got back $20 from insurance claim!!! Multiple items were also damaged. Not a single lamp survived their "white glove" service. Absolutely, not under a gun point would I ever agree or recommend this company to anyone.
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
You must hire these guys if you want a team that actually works hard. William and the team showed up right at 8 am and didn't stop until each item arrived at my new place.
David and Max provided a comprehensive plan and ensured that every one of my possessions was securely packed and loaded onto the truck. Their communication during the journey was impeccable, consistently keeping me informed about the progress. I couldn't be more content with the level of service they delivered.
My drum kit and the amplifiers arrived at the studio in perfect condition. I hired this company to help with my music gear because I have a lot of road cases. The team made sure the speakers were not tipped over during the drive. They worked at a good speed and got the truck loaded up without any delays. It is nice to work with people who take the job seriously. This experience was much better than my last attempt.
