We were successfully moved in today by Anthony and his coworkers. Everything is in its proper place in the house; nothing has broken. They were all friendly and helpful.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines for a weekend move to our new house in the suburbs. It was a two-day process since we had a garage full of tools and outdoor gear. The team packed the garage separately and labeled every box. When we unpacked, everything was easy to find.

They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
John worked with his crew during my grandma’s move. He treated her stuff gently, and she kept saying how respectful he was. She even offered them cookies before they left.
Moving day made me nervous, but Richard and the staff put me at ease. David carefully labeled and packed my many boxes into the car. He avoided scuffs when loading my sofa through my small front entry, which I appreciated.
Even though I had only a mattress and a few boxes to move, the crew treated me like their most valued customer. For my small task, they were thorough and took no shortcuts. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
