They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
When we decided to downsize, John managed the details and confirmed in advance. The team came well-prepared and started right away. They sorted boxes based on rooms and handled the delicate items with extra care. Their patience stood out, and the move was completed exactly the way we wanted it done.
