The movers were very attentive to our list and made no mistakes. They clearly marked every item, double-checked what was happening while loading, and stayed organized throughout. We liked how everything went smoothly!
I highly recommend Swift Shift Van Lines. We were moving my son into a 3rd-floor dorm at State University. Parking was a nightmare, but they handled it. William and his partner carried that mini-fridge and the trunk full of textbooks up all those stairs. They were fast and friendly with all the students moving in around us. Made a chaotic day much smoother for us parents.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
Moving out of my old ranch house was a big task because of the massive basement storage. I had years of holiday decorations and old furniture down there. Our house had a lot of heavy furniture—including an oversized sectional and a marble dining table. Swift Shift Van Lines handled it all with ease. They used lifting straps to carry the heavier items and disassembled the table to make it easier to transport. They wrapped each piece in thick blankets to protect against damage. Watching them lift and carry everything with such skill was impressive. They made moving heavy furniture look effortless, and everything arrived without a scratch.
Our moving experience with them was excellent. Without question, they are the city's top movers. The procedure was enjoyable because of the team's dedication and careful handling of our stuff.
Our move was handled very efficiently by Swift Shift Van Lines. Everyone worked together efficiently, and they seemed experienced with moving heavy furniture. They were mindful of the walls and door frames, as these were rather large, since we have some very large furniture.
