Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines dedication, efficiency, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism, our move was a pleasure. Not only were Andrew and Joe the most pleasant coworkers, but they were also exceptionally gifted, generous, and enthusiastic about their profession.
We needed to move our small workspace with six employees to a new building. The movers arrived on time and started by disconnecting computers and sorting cables. By afternoon, the entire setup was completed at the new site. The transition was seamless, and our team was back to work the next morning without any disruption.
Glad I called this company for our store relocation from SD to GA. The crew handled the racks, counters, and stock with good teamwork. They packed the fragile items from the shelves in separate boxes and loaded them in order. At the new shop, they set everything just the way we wanted. The move stayed calm and well-managed from the beginning.
10 out of 10 for how the move turned out. I was helping set up for a small family event and needed help moving supplies to the venue. The crew came early, took a quick look around, and got right to it. Each item was packed with care and loaded in the order I suggested. They didn’t slow down or ask for instructions over and over.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
Last month, I moved my collection of 100 framed photographs to a new gallery. Two people came by and helped me with the heavy wooden crates. They were careful with the glass and the corners of the frames. I liked how they organized the truck, so the largest items were in the back. The drive across town was fast, and they unloaded the art in an hour. My new gallery looks great, and I am happy with the results.
A piano and a number of large shards of glass needed moving. By including additional padding, they ensured that everything arrived in one piece.
This moving company exceeded all my expectations. The team was efficient and handled all my belongings with the utmost care. They were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole moving process much more enjoyable. They offered to help me unpack some of the boxes at my new place, which was a huge help.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
