I didn’t expect the crew to be that prepared, but they were already sorting items the second they walked in. We were out faster than planned, and the equipment was ready to use again.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
