Watson and his team left both the old and new places spotless. They swept up any debris from packing materials and wiped down the furniture once it was in place. They even offered to help set up appliances and electronics.

The crew arrived promptly and worked around the clock on moving day until the job was completed safely. I can't say enough nice things about them!

I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
Cannot review Swift Shift for moving services as they are just brokers with good sales people who tell you they are giving you a very good price because otherwise one of their trucks will be heading back to Florida empty, thus you are getting a very good deal, but you need to decide quickly. Then they make you pay 30% non-refundable deposit, which is basically their cut for booking the order. What I mostly hold them responsible for is lying to get your business and then contracting the moving companies who leave customers with long lasting frustration, disappointment, loss of trust in the good and reliable service, and damaged and lost items. In our case it was alphamovingservices.com. Once we signed the contract we were directed to the contracted moving company that told us they have their own rules. The lesson learned if we ever need to move again. But for the starters, my first piece of advice would be to hire small company or private movers who you will directly work with from start to finish and who do not make you pay deposits that are not refundable after 48 hrs of booking. Pay attention to not so bright reviews as I'm very puzzled with how Swift Shift got so many when they are not after all just a broker and not the moving company.
I'm relieved that I chose Swift Shift Van Lines to manage the office move. The three movers we hired did a fantastic job. Ascending the staircase, two employees hauled a desk from our previous office, which had to have weighed three hundred pounds or more. They worked very hard without complaining or giving up. I appreciated that the customer service representative took the time to break down the costs for me so I could budget accordingly.
I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.
Michael and his team were the most movers! I needed to make a last-minute change to my plans, and they came through for me, no problem. Their arrangements and care in packing were very careful and orderly, and I felt confident that my things were safe in their hands, arriving on time and undamaged.
Our cross-country move was a big leap, but the moving coordinator from this company made it feel simple. He walked us through inventory, permits, and delivery schedules. Our things arrived right on time, and not a single box went missing. Kudos to them!
