Swift Shift Van Lines was suggested to me, and they delivered as promised. The service I received from Michael from the first call through the estimate and moving day was outstanding. The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
I do not usually write reviews, but Swift Shift Van Lines was too good. They showed up on time, loaded everything without drama, drove carefully, and unloaded everything exactly where I pointed. That is it. That is the whole story.
The moving team was not only efficient but also really friendly. They made the whole experience pleasant. They took extra care with my mirrors and paintings, and nothing got damaged. They also helped me unpack a few boxes to get started.
William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!
