They helped me move my heavy office chair, which was very hard to maneuver. They also moved my desk, computer, printer, and files without any issues. They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.

The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs.
