The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. Our move was smooth because the team was so proactive. They laid down floor runners as soon as they entered. They had a system for loading the truck that maximized space. At the new house, they asked detailed questions about placement, which saved me from rearranging later. I was genuinely impressed.
