The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
I stored some of my belongings in their storage facility to paint my home. After the work was completed, I called them to deliver the items back to me. The crew meticulously delivered my antique dining set the very next day. This service was exceptionally reliable, which is very rare. If you need them, please use them.
Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
Their management and service providing game is unrivalled. Despite the fact that I rescheduled my relocation on a really short notice, the movers executed everything from packing to unloading timely. They reassembled heavy pieces of furniture and even remounted my curtain rods at the new place. Recommended highly!
They wrapped everything up way earlier than I expected. They kept things in order and moved them step by step. I didn’t have to keep checking, and all my things were safely at my new place.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
The packers carefully wrapped and labelled everything, making the unpacking process easier. In this weather, moving from GA to AZ was challenging, but the entire moving crew did an excellent job. Their methodical approach made settling into my new home a breeze.
Even though I had only a mattress and a few boxes to move, the crew treated me like their most valued customer. For my small task, they were thorough and took no shortcuts. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.
