The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
Cannot express my gratitude to their movers for delivering my furniture safely to me. Each piece was covered with padding and wrapped in furniture blankets. There wasn’t a single scratch I detected when I received it all. Bravo to them!
Despite traffic delays, the movers were punctual and courteous, and they kept us informed of when we should expect the delivery of our items. I would definitely get in touch with them again if I ever need their help.
10 out of 10 for how the move turned out. I was helping set up for a small family event and needed help moving supplies to the venue. The crew came early, took a quick look around, and got right to it. Each item was packed with care and loaded in the order I suggested. They didn’t slow down or ask for instructions over and over.
They were always in a good mood and would do whatever you asked. I didn't care that the movers took breaks to chill because the moving day was very hot and humid. So, stoked! Everything went according to plan.
Moving with a newborn seemed like a nightmare, but these movers were incredibly understanding and efficient. They worked quickly, made sure to keep noise levels low, and even helped rearrange furniture so we could set up the nursery easily. I highly recommend them!
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
The movers packed important and confidential files into lockable boxes for our law firm's office move. Efficient furniture disassembly and wrapping. It went down without any problems. 100% Suggesting their service wholeheartedly!
DON'T DO IT ! We came across swift shift van lines and it all started out good. Gave them the estimated inventory and they gave an estimated affordable quote. Robert Collins, the "senior relocation specialist" played us like a fiddle. Bunk beds apparently only have one matress. King beds don't have a box spring or a bedframe. Those are things they hit you with after you give them the deposit. So I price jumped drastically. Specifically, $2000.00 more than we planned. Jordan, the quality assurance associate, wasn't trying to help us at all. All he was focused on is getting the "rest of the deposit". Deposits are "non-refundable" so if you decide that this service is just not for you, they just keep your money. Even if you tell them that you just simply can not afford their services, they don't give your money back. They will drain you. Website says no surprises and it was a lie. Talked to the "manager" Olivia, told her we are no longer interested in your services and you can keep the initial deposit. All she said was deposits are non-refundable". Apparently, we only paid half the deposit up front so she that there was going to be another charge. Olivia didn't try to make things right, or offer any money back. Also, they will take your routing and account number off of your check and try to process unauthorized payments. At the end of the day, we canceled everything. They won't see another cent of our hard earned money. Now, I'm moving everything myself, just me, my girlfriend, our 6 month year old baby, 5 year old, and 9 year old. I do not recommended this company to anybody.
