They were very responsive

Moving out of a third floor walkup is never easy especially with a heavy upright piano. I was worried about the stairs, but the guys were total pros about it. They used high quality straps and padding to make sure the instrument stayed safe during the descent. The truck was packed tight, so nothing shifted during the drive across town. I appreciate the hard work they put into such a physical job. The price was also very fair for the effort.

I had a bunch of seasonal decorations in a shed near the woods, and they had to be moved to a cleared spot closer to the house for sorting. The movers pulled the large boxes out carefully so branches wouldn’t snag them. They placed each group where I pointed and didn’t crowd the space.

Bait and switch

This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

Best movers and great communication between them.

The movers did an excellent job: the ones who packed up and unloaded our previous house were careful with our breakables, and the ones who moved us into our new home took their time dismantling and reassembling our beds.

Nightmare

They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.

Loyal Customer service.

I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.

Good Job Done...

Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
