I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs. Not a single piece was scratched or harmed in any way. I am grateful beyond measure!
The movers stayed patient as I made last-minute changes. They didn’t complain once; instead, they quickly adjusted things and kept working hard. That flexibility made the entire relocation process so much easier than I anticipated.
