Jack arranged movers for my aunt’s downsizing. They carried her antique dresser, glass cabinet, and six boxes of keepsakes. The movers were patient and kind, which really made the whole day less stressful.
After buying my house, I hired this company to help me move from a studio. They handled every part from loading to unloading. The team followed my instructions and worked without delay. They took care of the furniture properly. I was happy with how they managed it.
We had an office relocation with ten desks, several monitors, and filing cabinets. The movers labeled everything, packed electronics separately, and set up the desks again at the new space. I would recommend them to any business.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave to me and my things. I had no trouble getting my couch, espresso table and decorations neatly packed. Everything was done properly, the labels of each box were checked and the walkways around my house were kept free so I could set up later.

They also inquired about the specific rooms I wanted each box delivered to in the new location and dutifully followed my instructions. For my convenience, they stacked comparable boxes together to facilitate unpacking. Overall, they provided outstanding assistance.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
The moving team worked well together and kept the process moving smoothly. Our belongings were handled responsibly from start to finish.
They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
