This crew helped me relocate my office equipment earlier this week. Andrew and the crew was respectful and worked at a steady pace until the truck was empty.
Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!
I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs. Not a single piece was scratched or harmed in any way. I am grateful beyond measure!
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
Thanks to Ronald and his crew, my cross-country move was seamless. They approached the job with professionalism and dedication and handled every detail from packing to delivery expertly. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.
I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.
