A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
Robert communication was top-notch. From the initial quote to the final follow-up email, they kept me informed every step of the way. My patient moving consultant, Byron, answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. He helped create a personalized moving plan for a seamless experience. On moving day, the crew leader, Smith, kept me updated on their arrival and unloading times. No surprises, just clear communication – a huge plus!
