Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
It was a pleasure to work with this firm. The office staff there was really helpful and responsive to my inquiries. The movers they provided were polite, on time, and quite useful. They got everything where it needed to go swiftly and efficiently, even setting up our beds. In this case, I would suggest Swift Shift Van Lines.
Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
My experience with these guys was exactly what I needed. They showed up early and immediately got to work disassembling a complicated home gym setup I owned. They handled all the tools and hardware like professionals. I really appreciated that they confirmed the drop-off location and inventory list multiple times. All the things were accounted for and undamaged upon arrival.
I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely use their services again.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
I was amazed by how well the team was able to solve problems. My friends managed to find solutions to some difficult setup challenges so everything would fit just right. They took the same care with every object, large or small.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
Simple, uncomplicated, and error-free. We used the packing service, and the staff was effective and hardworking, and they broke nothing. They offered affordable pricing, were a pleasure to work with, and maintained fantastic communication. I suggest Swift Shift Van Lines to anyone who is moving.
Despite traffic delays, the movers were punctual and courteous, and they kept us informed of when we should expect the delivery of our items. I would definitely get in touch with them again if I ever need their help.
