My favorite part was how they handled the stairs. My new apartment has a narrow staircase, and I thought my sofa wouldn’t fit. They worked it around the bend without scratching the walls once.
I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.
5 stars without any second thought. We had about 2 rooms worth of stuff and they wrapped and loaded everything in a few hours. My wife was standing there watching them the whole time because she was nervous, but by the end, she was the one praising them.
Appreciate how they listened the first time I explained where things should go. I did not have to repeat myself again and again, which made the whole process smoother for me.
Despite my worries about cancellation fees, the office staff was courteous. Instead of costing me a lot, they helped me find a new date that suited my schedule. I recently downsized from a house to a condo and had way more to donate or throw away than I thought. I was worried it would slow everything down, but the movers didn't make a fuss. They helped load donation boxes separately and made sure everything I was keeping got handled carefully. I felt supported the whole day, and that made letting go of things easier.
