Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
Due to its weight and fragility, my study table required extra attention throughout its relocation. Under the leadership of William and John, the Swift Shift Van Lines team accomplished this task with ease. They expertly reassembled everything at the new site, checking that everything was operational throughout. I'm relieved that I went with them.
The movers from Swift Shift Van Lines drained it, secured the glass with custom bracing, and transported it separately in the truck. They set the base back up at the new house, so it was perfectly level. My fish are already swimming happily in their new home.
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
Both of them were quick and pleasant. arrived promptly as planned. It was finished so fast, it shocked me. They are a reliable service that I would hire again. Relocating is never easy, but they made it bearable.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
Our move was smooth because the team was so proactive. They laid down floor runners as soon as they entered. They had a system for loading the truck that maximized space. At the new house, they asked detailed questions about placement, which saved me from rearranging later. I was genuinely impressed.
The movers showed there when expected and followed all of the guidelines precisely. Definitely using these again!

This incredible crew helped us move during a winter storm. They arrived with safety mats and covered the floor inside my new apartment so that snow wouldn't be tracked in. They also took further precautions to protect my books and electronics by placing them in airtight containers. Despite the severe weather, I was surprised by the degree of professionalism.
