I was most worried about my glass coffee table. The movers covered it with thick padding, carried it together, and placed it gently in the truck. It arrived in perfect shape, no chips at all.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
They never missed a beat, were really courteous, and noticed the tiniest details. My belongings were loaded into the van in a timely and cautious manner.

Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
They used mattress bags to protect all our beds, and the movers helped arrange the bedrooms in the new house.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
