I needed a crew that could handle a really long day of lifting, and this team was exactly what I needed. I'm definitely keeping their number for the next time I have to relocate.
I hired them to just move my oversized, heavy safe. That’s it. Most companies said no or quoted a crazy price. Swift Shift Van Lines said, "Sure, we do that." They brought the right equipment, moved it from my basement to my new basement office, and bolted it down for me. They didn’t mind that it was a weird, small job. They just did it perfectly.
As soon as they arrived, they got to work without wasting time. They were skilled at slipping heavy objects through narrow openings without being damaged. It was a nice surprise that the relocation was finished faster than anticipated.

Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
