We needed to move our furniture out of a home and have it dropped off at two different destinations: one, storage and the other, our new home. The movers were very attentive to our list and made no mistakes. They clearly marked every item, double-checked what was happening while loading, and stayed organized throughout. We liked how everything went smoothly!
I recently relocated my small business from one office space to another, and I was concerned about the electronics and desks potentially getting damaged. The movers came prepared with all the right materials, wrapped everything securely, and even labeled boxes as they went. The setup at the new place was smooth, and not a single item was out of place. Their professionalism really stood out.
I had a very serious and frustrating experience with Swift Shift Van Lines and the moving company they brokered. After major issues during delivery—including erratic and unsafe behavior by movers they literally hired from Craigslist, unreliable delivery timelines which caused us to have to sleep on the floor of an empty house for a week, damage to property and belongings, and pressure to sign paperwork without proper verification and they left without me signing the paperwork which leads me to believe they may have forged my signature (swift shift has still not confirmed they have retrieve this paperwork which is either not signed or bares a false signature)—I attempted multiple times to resolve these matters directly with Swift Shift. They have since stopped responding entirely. I have spoken with attorneys who advised that while the situation appears clearly criminal, the cost of pursuing legal action would likely exceed any recovery. Because of that, the most realistic option left to me is to warn others publicly. This review is written so future customers can make an informed decision and understand the risks involved when using this broker.
Joseph and his team were extremely organized, courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. They carefully packed our breakables and moved our bulky furnishings. They had a very short time moving our stuff into our flat, but they were prompt and efficient. 5/5 Without a doubt, I would employ their services once again.

The movers arrived and packed everything for me the day before the move. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. On moving day, they promptly began working. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.
What worked well was how the team handled changes as they came up. I moved to simplify daily routines, not because I had to. Richard and the other members noticed early that some items needed different handling and shifted the order on their own.
Swift Shift Van Lines had no trouble with the move. They offer great service at a fair price, and they've been very helpful. The group was always quick to fix things, no matter what. It was easy to use their service.
