Terrible

This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.

extremely helpful and pleasant

I was moving during a heatwave and worried about delays or damage. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines arrived early, stayed hydrated, and worked efficiently without rushing. They used protective covers to shield furniture from sun and dust and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Very happy customer.

We had an office relocation with ten desks, several monitors, and filing cabinets. The movers labeled everything, packed electronics separately, and set up the desks again at the new space. I would recommend them to any business.

Great value! Headache free!

They were fantastic from start to finish.

Punctuality is important to me, and the movers arrived exactly at 10:50 AM, as promised. They greeted me with a smile and quickly walked through the house to understand what needed to be done. They carefully wrapped all our furniture

I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place. I thought that would complicate everything, but the movers followed my labeling system and made sure it all went exactly where I needed. There was no confusion at all. They were very responsive

Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. Care was taken to avoid damaging the walls or the furnishings. There won't be any bad outcomes. In my perspective, Swift Shift Van Lines is necessary.

Smooth Move, Great Team!

Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
