Observing these movers at work was like being a fly on the wall for logistics. With an artistic precision, they cradled my enormous bed frame and protected my fragile artwork before loading the car. There was not a single mishap, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Solid 5 stars from my side because we moved a 3 bedroom house and the entire job was done in under 5 hours and everything was accounted for at the end.
The consultant was quite sympathetic as I worked through some issues with the company. There are no hidden fees, making this a very attractive choice. It was a pleasure working with the movers.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
The performance of Swift Shift Van Lines was excellent! Their packing and moving services were first-rate; I'm happy I used them. My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged. Great job, everyone!

The moving team stayed focused and organized throughout the entire job. Heavy furniture was moved safely, and fragile household items were packed with extra care to help keep everything protected.
