The booking process was simple and didn’t take long. On moving day, they came prepared and had all the necessary equipment. They worked steadily and didn’t take unnecessary breaks. I liked that they double-checked items before loading them. The unloading was just as smooth, and they followed instructions properly.
We've done one move all by ourselves but this time we decided to get professional movers to help. It was a vast difference, indeed. We didn't have to pick up heavy furniture, hire extra equipment, or call friends for assistance, and the entire day was much smoother.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
The three-member moving crew was excellent. They arrived on time and worked diligently. Plus the communication throughout the journey was spot-on too. I received all my possessions on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
