I was expecting some hidden fee or something, but nope. Swift Shift Van Lines was straight up from the start. The movers were actually friendly too, which was weird because most movers look miserable. Would hire them again.
I don’t enjoy moving, but the crew made it easier than I expected. They arrived on time, handled the heavy lifting, and kept everything straightforward. The job was done smoothly from start to finish.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
They were always in a good mood and would do whatever you asked. I didn't care that the movers took breaks to chill because the moving day was very hot and humid. So, stoked! Everything went according to plan.
Andrew and his unit men worked like well-oiled machines, always in sync and always ready to get the job done. They skillfully navigated my massive sectional sofa via narrow hallways and entrances. My mattress was transported with the utmost care; the movers even provided additional straps to keep it in place on the truck.
We moved a couple blocks away from our current place, and this company’s movers were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, careful, and quick! We had a few fragile items, and were concerned they might get damaged, but everything was handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
Alex and his team have my highest praise. Absolutely everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. They were all really nice and courteous. I had no doubt that my stuff would be secure.
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment across town, and Swift Shift Van Lines was very professional and competent. They were careful and quick with our fragile things. Keep up the good work, guys!
The team arrived at my old address in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. I had a lot of small boxes and bags that needed to be moved into my new condo out of the city. I am satisfied with the result, and nothing was damaged during the entire move today.
