Our big dresser was really heavy and hard to move, but these movers had a clever trick. They put these things under it that made it slide easily across the floor without leaving any scratches on our beautiful new hardwood.
Our office relocation was completed with no problems. The movers labeled everything clearly, carried large desks easily, and placed everything where it needed to go. Their careful handling saved us a lot of stress that day.
The moving experience with this company produced only positive results. They arrived at the scheduled time to perform their tasks with focus and precision until completing all the safe loading and unloading operations. Friendly behavior among their staff made the entire moving process more pleasant for me.
I would definitely recommend them. There were about 18 boxes and a few odd-shaped items, and everything was handled without mixing things up. It made settling in later much easier for me. Thanks again!
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! I was moving from downtown to uptown in TX and was stressed about doing it alone. Fortunately, the movers packed my entire two-bedroom apartment in four hours. I didn’t have to prepare anything.
