They took care of my stuff and stayed polite through it all. All the belongings made it to the new place without a problem. I liked how simple they made the process. I’d call them again next time without hesitation.
The movers did an excellent job: the ones who packed up and unloaded our previous house were careful with our breakables, and the ones who moved us into our new home took their time dismantling and reassembling our beds.
I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place. Ronnie and crew put our possessions' safety first. Everything was meticulously wrapped in large blankets, and fragile objects were double-wrapped using bubble wrap. Protecting the old and new walls of the houses, we took the extra step of cushioning the walls.
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
