Thanks to Jason and Jack, moving my belongings was a breeze. They even went out of their way to help on moving day. They helped me disconnect utilities and move items that wouldn't fit through the entryway of my new apartment.
They are a very professional company to do the move with as my high-rise move had a lot of problems to deal with but Swift Shift Van Lines solved them all. They organized the use of the elevator, they packed up the truck in an efficient manner and they got all of it done in record time. Absolutely fantastic!
After looking at reviews, I hired Swift Shift Van Lines for my weekend move. The team arrived right on time and worked in sync from start to end. They loaded the truck efficiently and kept things clean and simple. It’s rare to find such dependable service these days.
Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
Swift Shift Van Lines Movers has the best movers crew for the service; they have all been awesome when I hired them. Their staff was punctual, skilled and dedicated to the work. I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
I didn’t realize how many boxes I had until moving day, but the crew didn’t blink. Micheal stacked everything. The truck looked full but neat, and it was really satisfying to see.
The best moving company I’ve worked with in a while! They were experienced and dealt very professionally with me. To add to the mix, they were readily available to address any queries I had. The customer service here is superb!
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!

I was mostly concerned about my collection of large indoor plants because they are very sensitive to being moved around too much. The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. I am so happy that every single leaf made it to the sunroom without any damage.
