Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
I had to move my two-bedroom apartment, and I was anxious about how everything would go. But these guys were so efficient! They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
Moving with a newborn seemed like a nightmare, but these movers were incredibly understanding and efficient. They worked quickly, made sure to keep noise levels low, and even helped rearrange furniture so we could set up the nursery easily. I highly recommend them!

I had artwork framed in glass that I didn’t want scratched. They built protective covers around each frame, and every piece went straight onto the new walls without a mark. That attention to detail mattered.
