The sofa was awkward and heavy. I expected problems getting it down the narrow stairs. The movers stayed calm and worked together. When it reached the truck without a scratch, I felt real relief.
Excellent use of heavy workout equipment. They efficiently disassembled my Peloton bike and power rack and reassembled them securely and safely at the new power rack.
I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave to me and my things. I had no trouble getting my couch, espresso table and decorations neatly packed. Everything was done properly, the labels of each box were checked and the walkways around my house were kept free so I could set up later.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
What I remember most is how calm everything felt during the move. There was no rushing or confusion, and that made a big difference for me. I would absolutely use them again!
