Everything arrived intact, and I was relieved.
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
There was a delay with the elevator in my building, and I expected it to affect the move. Bobby adjusted the order of loading so the time was still used efficiently.
I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. What a fantastic company! Throughout the day, Phillip and his team worked nonstop, rarely taking breaks for meals or relaxation. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our every need, were kind and professional throughout, and met all of our requirements. I will definitely use them again.
The team assisted me with the move from a 1-bedroom apartment, making the day much easier. They had other boxes to store my belongings in that were needed. They've also been moving blankets around my dresser, TV stand and dining chairs.
