The entire process, beginning with my first phone contact to John , was smooth sailing because to their explanations, inquiries, and assistance.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
My move was during heavy rain, and I was worried about my light colored sofa getting wet. The movers came prepared with floor covers and plastic sheets. They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. When everything arrived at my new place, nothing was damp or dirty.
A piano and a number of large shards of glass needed moving. By including additional padding, they ensured that everything arrived in one piece.
Carrying heavy appliances like refrigerators and washers isn’t easy, but these movers did it with no problem. They had the right tools, lifted carefully, and made sure there was no damage to floors or walls.

At the new house, they asked detailed questions about placement, which saved me from rearranging later. I was genuinely impressed.
I must tell you that these guys are freaking incredible for any shifting. I had tons of loads to relocate, the time was too short, and even the thought of packing and moving in a week was daunting to me. Hands down to these experts who value their clients and get the job done in the finest possible way.
I used them for the move of my parents, and they were very respectful. They seemed to take their time with the heavier items and listened when my parents asked where we should put furniture. The movers' hard work and patience were really appreciated.
The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
