Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
It was necessary to relocate a 2-bedroom home to NY. Swift Shift Van Lines was the greatest moving firm to hire. On the day of my relocation, the crew showed up ready to work. Before placing it on their vehicle, they wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and tape. They took the same amount of care with my boxes. I was amazed at how skillfully they managed the move.
I want to give Swift Shift Van Lines a 5-star review. They went above and beyond to help my family move. The crew was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. They helped me move my heavy office chair, which was very hard to maneuver. They also moved my desk, computer, printer, and files without any issues. They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.
These guys are the real deal. I had a last-minute move and called 3 other companies, who were booked. Swift Shift Van Lines had a cancellation and fit me in. The crew worked until 7 PM to get me finished. They moved my large sectional sofa up a tight staircase by taking it apart first. It was a long day for them, but they never complained. I'm so grateful.
