Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! I was moving from downtown to uptown in TX and was stressed about doing it alone. Fortunately, the movers packed my entire two-bedroom apartment in four hours. I didn’t have to prepare anything.
Long-distance moves usually tire me out, but this one felt different. The movers stayed professional the entire way, ensuring boxes stayed secure. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition. Honestly, it made a huge difference for me.
I was mostly concerned about my collection of large indoor plants because they are very sensitive to being moved around too much. The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. I am so happy that every single leaf made it to the sunroom without any damage.
Everything I asked for and needed was noted by the project manager. He was conscious to adhere to them. I salute them!
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
Swift Shift Van Lines has the best customer service of any moving company. In the past, they've helped me a lot. I have a lot of respect for them. Not only did they not overcharge me, but they also did not break or lose any of my things during the move.
I was amazed by how well the team was able to solve problems. My friends managed to find solutions to some difficult setup challenges so everything would fit just right. They took the same care with every object, large or small.
My old place had a tricky spiral staircase. They measured, planned, and executed flawlessly. They made it look easy, leaving me impressed by their expertise.
The movers worked efficiently and stayed organized from start to finish. Fragile household items received extra attention during transportation. The unloading process was quick and well managed.
