Honestly, I thought moving would be a nightmare, but these guys made it simple. They wrapped things up properly and loaded the truck smartly, so nothing got damaged.
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
The customer service team provided all the answers before moving day, and the moving crew did as well throughout the move.
I recently moved, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I've ever made. I can't remember the last time I felt so content and satisfied. Following the move of my family of four from a two-story house with numerous heavy furnishings, all items were successfully delivered. James and the rest of the Swift Shift Van Lines crew did a fantastic job of moving all of my stuff lately. They were punctual, attentive with my valuables, and professional throughout the entire process. If you need a transfer, hire them without hesitation.
The team assisted me with the move from a 1-bedroom apartment, making the day much easier. They had other boxes to store my belongings in that were needed. They've also been moving blankets around my dresser, TV stand and dining chairs.
From the first time I called to ask about their services, I had a great experience. The men were on time and did great work. Their price was exactly what we thought it would be, with no extra fees. They worked quickly and were very careful with all of my things. They moved everything from the 3rd floor of my apartment building to my storage on the 2nd floor in few hours.
Carl and his crew helped me move out of a two-bedroom condo. They handled my glass dining table with care, taped every corner, and placed it perfectly in my new place.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
