I had a terrific experience from the very first interaction. Throughout the entire procedure, the personnel was kind, patient, and kept me updated. Without any unforeseen problems, everything was finished on time. Their meticulousness was just remarkable. I would absolutely utilize their service again.
I must admit that I was astounded by how meticulous they were. The finished product was magnificent, and it proved to me that they paid close attention to every detail.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

Our family moved from a duplex to a single house in the next county last weekend. We had a lot of stuff to move, like the kids' toys and heavy bunk beds, plus our washer and dryer. Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team of four guys who showed up right on schedule. They took the bunk beds apart in just a few minutes and kept all the screws together. I liked how they put the toys in clear bags so we could find them easily later. They even hooked the washer back up at the new house and cleaned out the dryer vent for us. The kids were able to play while the movers worked around them. It was a very smooth day

They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
We departed from an elevated structure devoid of a freight elevator. Their composure was commendable throughout what felt like an eternity to us. Because of their competence and power, I was incredibly satisfied.
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
