It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
Our commercial move was stress-free thanks to their organized approach. They labeled boxes, handled large equipment smoothly, and had us set up in the new space without delay. Their professionalism made the entire transition easier.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
Without this firm, our relocation may have been a tragedy. They delivered at the eleventh hour, and the move went off without a hitch. Lifesavers!
So my move was complicated because my new place has a really narrow hallway. I warned them about it when they got here. The guys just nodded, measured it, and figured out a plan on the spot. They angled my bookcase perfectly and got it through without a scratch on the wall or the furniture. I was amazed.
