Price doubled when movers showed up and started loading , then when my furniture showed up, there was over $7000 in damage and rendered most things useless. Multiple phone calls led no where and insurance doesnt reply.
The movers arrived around 11 am and immediately started working. They had to carry our heavy drawers down the stairs using lifting straps and rolling dollies. The entire transit was on schedule. Great experience.

They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! James, the mover, zipped around my apartment like a tiny tornado, carefully wrapping furniture and boxing things up in a flash. He color-coded the boxes based on the room (kitchen boxes were green; bedroom boxes were blue!). The whole move took half the time I expected, and nothing was broken!

This is a first-rate moving company. We used their packing and relocation assistance to move from SD to NY. The team arrived, provided a quotation for the job, and didn't force me to get extra services. To pack everything, they came the day before the relocation. They went above and beyond to box some more fragile goods securely. Also, they scheduled an extra vehicle for the next day after realizing they would need one for the relocation on the day of packing. Everything was packed and unpacked nicely on the move's day and organized smoothly. They also made sure we were comfortable before leaving. I would use them again and heartily suggest them.

I had a few small changes during the day, and they adjusted without any issue. The whole process was handled in a calm and professional way. I didn't have to keep checking on things or reminding anyone what to do. It was handled properly, and I would use them again without hesitation.
My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.
