Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
They never missed a beat, were really courteous, and noticed the tiniest details. My belongings were loaded into the van in a timely and cautious manner.
Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
The movers were patient, spoke clearly, and handled his belongings with respect. There were a lot of little things that mattered to him, and they packed everything with extra care. He was really happy with how everything arrived, and so was I, honestly. It was a huge relief.

I was worried about a glass bookshelf and expensive mirrors. The corners were protected and well-padded. Packing my dishwasher, blender, and slow cooker together with labels made unpacking easier. There was no need to do anything.
I had James and David get my grand piano from a NY storage facility, and it finally got here, and I was so happy. They took such extra care to cover and protect it from damage, which amazed me. Their hard work is admirable. I love them so much!
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
