Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
The entire experience was just smooth. From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, everyone was polite and professional. The crew showed up in a clean, well-maintained truck. They worked hard but were also very pleasant to chat with. It didn't feel like a stressful transaction; it felt like I'd hired a friendly team to help me out.
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
Highly recommend this team to anyone planning a move. I had 2 large wardrobes that I thought would be impossible to move without damage. The movers took their time figuring out the safest way to get them downstairs. They communicated clearly with each other while carrying them out. When everything was set up in my new place, the wardrobes were in perfect shape.
The Swift Shift Van Lines staff surprised me last week by giving me a freshly painted dining room table. Nothing at all went wrong. Everything went smoothly since I knew what to expect from the moment, I scheduled the job and began receiving emails and messages saying "we are on our way."
A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!

I was expecting some hidden fee or something, but nope. Swift Shift Van Lines was straight up from the start. The movers were actually friendly too, which was weird because most movers look miserable. Would hire them again.
