I was still throwing stuff in bags when they got there, but they didn’t complain or judge the mess. They just started grabbing boxes and even helped me wrap my big floor mirror so it wouldn't crack. Super-fast, super nice, and they didn't charge me a 'panic fee' or anything crazy.
