Swift Shift Van Lines was suggested to me, and they delivered as promised. The service I received from Michael from the first call through the estimate and moving day was outstanding. The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
I had to move heavy garage tools, including a big tool chest. The movers loaded it with a dolly, secured everything tightly, and placed it exactly where I asked in the new garage. It was handled perfectly.
What helped most was how they handled the equipment. No delays, no excuses, just got it done the way I asked. Our stuff was out and loaded before lunch, and that saved everyone a long day.
When it rained quite hard, the movers went to work to make sure our hardwood floors were taken care of! They installed protective runners in the hallways and put shoe covers on to prevent mud from being tracked in the hallways.
I had a smooth and hassle-free moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and handled all items with care during the move. Everything was delivered safely, and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
The movers from this company did a fantastic job. Jack sent 3 movers on the same day I booked my appointment. They worked hard to pack and transport everything on time, even though the booking was last minute. The move went smoothly, and I had no issues adjusting, so their hard work was worthwhile.
These movers resemble superheroes without their costumes! They handled moving my bulky furniture with ease. Well done!
